All our prices are per room, per night based on 2 persons, unless stated otherwise.

Check in:
Check-in is possible from 02:00 pm or earlier in consultation. You can check out until 10:30 am. No refunds will be made in case of early departure.
Keycards must be handed in after departure.
Parking:
Free parking spaces are available at the property.
Address for parking:
West-Havendijk or Fabrieksdijk.
Payment:
The reservation must be paid before arrival. If the reservation is not paid, you will not be allowed access the accommodation.
Cancellations:
A cancellation will be considered when communicated by telephone or email. This is completed when you have received the cancellation confirmation from us by e-mail. Cancellation 5 days before arrival is free of charge. For this we use 02:00 pm as arrival time. For cancellations within 5 days before arrival,the guest pays the total reservation value.
Did the guest make the reservation with a third party? Then the guest must contact them to cancel. This is due to the various cancellation and payment conditions that are being used.
Damage and theft:
Studio SIS has no liability for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and/or goods during or as a result of the stay in the Studio SIS rooms concerned.
It is not allowed to take property from the building outside the B&B. You will be held liable for damage to property of the B&B.
Rules:
It is our duty to ensure the general order and safety of our guests. In order to offer you a pleasant stay, we have clear house rules.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire building.
If there is damage or additional cleaning necessary due to careless use of the facilities and areas, these costs will be for the guest.
A report will be made to the police if:
- We are threatened and/or harassed.
- There is a local breach of peace
For your safety, we use camera surveillance. We provide images to the police.
You can be photographed for criminal offenses.
Night's rest:
The night's rest must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. We expect our guests to strictly observe this night's sleep. This includes no loud conversations, music or any other noise.
Finally:
In the event of violation of the general terms and conditions, failure to follow instructions, house rules and inappropriate behavior, we can deny and/or refuse you access to our accommodation with immediate effect, without further notice and statement of reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
